It would be cheaper to source everything overseas. For beanies especially, there are factories that could produce a similar product at a fraction of the cost per unit. So why don’t we?

When everything is made by hand in one place, by one person, you know exactly what you’re sending out. There’s no factory on another continent producing to a spec sheet that drifts over time. If something isn’t right, it gets fixed before it leaves. That’s much harder to do at scale across a supply chain.

A shorter, cleaner supply chain

UK-made products don’t travel as far, which means a smaller environmental footprint. It also means faster dispatch times, lower shipping risk, and no customs complications for UK customers.

Supporting the local economy

We’re a sole trader based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. When you buy from us, you’re supporting one person’s livelihood directly — not contributing to a corporate supply chain where the money moves through multiple layers before it reaches any individual maker.
